The Next Bond Villain Will Be Very Handsome
There hasn’t been a James Bond movie since 2008’s disappointing Quantum of Solace largely due to the fact that MGM has been struggling with its finances. Now, finally it appears that a new Bond movie will be released in November 2012, and it will have the handsomest villain ever:
Bardem confirmed that he would be playing the bad guy in Bond 23. “I am very excited. My parents took me to watch the movies and I saw all of them. So to play that is going to be fun,” Bardem said about his joining the 00-franchise. “They chose me to play this man, but I cannot give you many details.”
And then every woman in the first three rows got wet. Bardem does have some experience playing the bad guy; he was awesome as Anton Sigur in No Country For Old Men. Here’s hoping that the new Bond movie features a psycho with a bolt gun looking for gold. Or something like that… friendo… okay, I’ll just leave.
